The sounds of my grandfather's coppersmith store—the ringing of hammers—still echo as I introduce my company. He was a master – a contemporary pioneer in metal craftsmanship, descended from a lineage of European metalsmiths, goldsmiths, and jewellers. Their artisan techniques, from intricate surface modelling to the meticulous art of gold polishing, laid the very foundation for modern jewellery. This deep-rooted heritage ignited my own passion.
My journey began at the prestigious British Academy of Jewellery in Hatton Garden, London's renowned jewellery quarter. Here, I honed my skills in jewellery design and manufacturing, culminating in my very first creation: a sterling silver solitaire engagement ring. Inspired by industry titans like Swarovski, Harry Winston, and Jacob & Co, and refined by the cutting-edge insights of Central Saint Martins, I found myself developing jewellery collections with an almost intuitive understanding of what customers would desire. This innate connection to the craft, I believe, is simply a testament to my lineage.
To honour the man who first sparked this fire, I proudly trademarked our company after him: TOM GRONDI.

Our first line of code was written at Google Campus London famously known in the tech start-up ecosystem as the Silicon Roundabout. We worked with the finest marketers, lawyers and investors. Google engineers helped us develop a business model.

Our creative journey started at the prestigious British Academy of Jewellery in Hatton Garden. Our first creative mood-board focused on the organic curves of the pear shape. The effect of the pear shape can be seen in our Floral Collection.
